Rules of Procedure

1.   We ask our tenants to treat the owner (and people in the house with whom you will have a contact) with respect and accept its rules;

2. It is forbidden to exceed the maximum number of seven occupants (adults and/or children);

3.    Additional costs such as the cleaning fee and the deposit must be paid with the balance, a ten days before arrival by bank account;

4. Please do not move furniture, as this could cause unnecessary damage and damage it as well as the soil. The manager is entitled to charge you a fee additional if the furniture needs to be put back in its place or if this has caused damage;

5.    Do not open the rooms or locked cabinets. The latter are intended for private use;

6. Do not throw anything in the toilet, the bath, sink or other pipes (no tampons, sanitary napkins, diapers, panty liners, wipes). Don't throw away also no ecotoxic cleaning products (such as bleach), leftover food or grease in the toilet or ducts evacuation, so as not to clog the pipes;

7.   Any form of flooding in the Bathroom leads to damage to the layout and floor. The tenant is responsible for all damages. The repair costs will be your invoiced, also after your departure;

8.     Always use bed linen. If you do not respect this instruction, the cost of cleaning the pillows, blankets and mattresses may be charged;

9. If you don't know how to use gas heating, ask for help from the owner who will tell you how to proceed;

10. Hot pans cannot not be placed directly on the worktop or on the table. Use always a flat bottom for this purpose;

11. It is strictly forbidden to smoking in this accommodation. Smoking is allowed outside (Terrace, garden). If you do not comply with this rule, you risk a fine;
