How does the booking work?
The total of the reservation consists of:
- the total price of overnight stays
- application fees
This amount will be broken down into two parts:
- The deposit of 30%: to be paid immediately, as soon as your reservation request is accepted, by instant bank transfer or credit card;
- The balance of 70%: to be paid 14 days before the date of arrival by bank transfer or credit card.
Then, and at the same time as the payment of the balance, you are asked to pay, only by bank transfer:
- The end-of-stay cleaning fee of 40€;
- The deposit of 200 €.
(The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure by instant bank transfer).
To this, it is up to you to choose to add, if you want the following options:
- The "Garage" option at 20 € (if you want access to the washing machine and electric dryer)
Attention that the garage is not intended to park a car but is rather used as laundry or storage space (motorcycles, bicycles, etc ...).
Please note that in accordance with the important modification dated July 1, 2022, no more bath linen or bed linen will be made available to customers.
PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS AND BED SHEETS.
